I have grown up in the theater performing in dance productions, musicals, and plays. I have my AA degree in Theatre Arts from Santa Rosa Junior College, and I recently moved to Sacramento to transfer in the Fall to earn my BA in Technical Theatre Arts at Sacramento State. I have taken lots of theatre classes, I am very confident, outgoing, personable, and all around responsible. Collaborated with the Sound Designer and Assistant, to compose a microphone plot and sound prompt script for assigned productions. Prepared, dressed, and maintained wireless microphones. Collaborated with the Costume Department and Hair & Wig Department in devising transmitter/microphone placement and protection on each performer. Assisted with the load-in, load-out, and maintenance of the orchestra pit. Assisted in the organization and storage of sound equipment. Attended all sound work calls, production meetings, rehearsals, and performances of assigned productions.

Loaded in and set up sound system for read/sing-through of the new musical, Petalwink. Worked closely with the musical director/composer to adjust the sound as per her requests. Engineered the sound for the show, live mixed the performances, as well as controlled QLab for sound cues and songs.

Worked on the sound crew for 5 shows. A2 for West Side Story, Sound Board Op and Sound Mixer for Chicago, and Sound Board Op for The Drowsy Chaperone. Worked on pre-production and set up for these productions and A Raisin in the Sun and Clybourne Park.
